TOTAL BODY FITNESS The Morning Program with Michelle
Are you a person who is always on the run and wants to be dedicated to getting in better shape? This program may be for you.
This program combines the techniques and exercises from Aerobic Kickboxing and Taekwon-Do with weights, punching bag drills and dynamic stretching. It an amazing workout!
We will accomodate all fitness levels. No previous fitness or martial arts training necessary. Simply show up with a great attitude, wear something comfortable and we'll lead you along the right path to getting in shape and attaining your fitness goals. It IS that simple!
Does this sound good to you? This class takes place Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:00 to 7:00 AM. Each training day is dedicated to specific muscle groups to give you the best possible workout!. Here is the basic layout of the program:
Mondays - Upper Body (Arms, Chest, Shoulders & Upper Back)
Wednesdays - Core (Stomach, Lower Back, Thighs & Glutes)
Fridays - Lower Body (Quads, Hamstrings, Calves & Muscles in the Ankles)
We are people who are very serious about starting the day right. We work out early and then can get on with the day feeling great!
