What is Taekwon-Do?
Taekwon-Do is a modern martial art, characterized by it's intense and scientific movements along with its strong moral culture. It is often translated as 'the way of hand and foot'.
ITF Taekwon-Do is the original style of this martial art, which was created by the late General Choi Hong Hi on April 11, 1955. Training in Taekwon-Do has many benefits. Here are a few perks that you will feel and observe:
