SENIOR BELT PROMOTION TEST
The Following students (below) have qualified to apply for their next level and attend the senior belt promotion test on August 30th, 2008.
Black Stripes eligable to test for the level of 1st Degree Black Belt* Enoka Bainomugisha Michelle Marshall Joanne Grace Joanne Gauthier Anton Yuchenko Jad Hage-Elias Tavis MacMillan
There will also be some candidates from Triggers Taekwon-Do attending the Promotion Grading.
* All Black Belt candidates will be expected to be at the Black Belt Training, which will take place on Sunday, August 31, 2008. Check the times on the Upcoming Events Page.
The Examiners for the Red Belt & Up Testing will be: Saturday, August 30 from 1:30 to 5:00 PM

Following the ITF Workshop & Promotion Testings, there will be a celebration dinner at Korea Garden Restaurant.
This is a formal dinner meaning Black and Senior Belts must wear a suit (female may wear a skirt or pants with blouse), ITF Pin and a blue tie.
The dinner will start at 7:30 PM. If you wish to RSVP, please let us know by Saturday, August 30 @ 12:30 PM (when we confirm the reservation after the ITF Workshop)
KOREA GARDEN - KOREAN RESTAURANT 470 Rideau Street (2 or 3-Blocks West on Rideau from the Rideau Street Bridge)
The cost of the meals range from $15 to $50. We suggest that you try the Korean BBQ (either Kalbi or Bulgogi). You will not be disappointed.
