If any students would like to join our program we offer a intro special of $120.00 which includes a 3-month membership and a FREE UNIFORM or PUNCHING BAG - BOXING GLOVES.
The Total Body Fitness Boot Camp features two 50-minute classes per week, where we will burn up to 800 calories in one session by pumping the cardio, toning and shaping the muscles in the arms, legs and core. There are no uniforms to wear, students are permitted to wear their own comfortable workout wear. In the new member's special, we will provide the gloves. If you wish, you may purchase additional gloves for $ 40.00 each (taxes included)
The Taekwon-Do program features three 50-minute classes per week, where you will condition the body and mind learning the original style of Taekwon-Do as created by General Choi Hong Hi. The program features a great cardio workout as well as intense condititioning training. In the new member's special, we provide the uniform. If you wish, you may purchase additional uniforms for $ 50.00 each (tax included)
The New Member's Special is $ 120.00 for three months for one of the above mentioned programs or $ 220.00 for both. After the initial three month membership has completed, the students may renew their membership and continue to train for a fee of $ 40.00 per month for one program or $ 65.00 for both programs.
For Taekwon-Do students there will be a promotion test offered every three to four months. The promotion testing is a means to monitor their training and track their progress as well as gage a time period for us to teach new techniques and combinations. The cost of the promotion testing is $50.00 per test and this is NOT included in the monthly fee nor is the promotion test refundable.
The Promotion Test includes the fee of the examiner, a Blackburn Taekwon-Do Promotion Certificate, the board(s) and the promotion. Please note that the Promotion Test is not refundable.
